I found the problem it needed a Coolant Temperature Sensor, purchased one at Rock Auto for $ 7.00 dollars the Stant one. It sits right on top of the engine easy fix, look on you tube, if I can do it anyone can. Now the fan only comes on when the engine needs it, or if the air conditioner is turned on it came on. Seven dollar part fixed the issue now radiator fan does not stay on.
