jeep wont start

i have power to the dash but wont start put new starter in and still nothing had
relay tested good and fuse what else can be?

It doesn't take much power to make the dash light up. Takes hundreds of amps more to crank the engine over. Assuming the starter is good, I would test, charge or jump the battery. If that doesn't work, recheck your wiring and grounds.
