Grinding/ vibrating in the brake pedal?

There is a grinding noise coming from the front of
the vehicle when lightly braking in town and the
brake pedal vibrates, the abs is unplugged and the
front drive shaft is currently not in it. The problems
comes and goes and I can't seeing anything that
could cause it.
