Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had p0700 but the problem was fixed
and i reset it and didnt come back on but i
drove with that code for about a week and
noticed a gas mileage decrease . Will
having that p0700 code stored still cause
gas mileage decrease even though the
problems fixed ?

I believe i have already fixed it. But im wondering even since i fixed the problem but didnt erase the code will the car still have synpthoms of the code because it is still stored? Everythings works as should i just noticed a decrease in gas mileage and still had the p0700 code stored and read that decrease in gas mileage is the sign of that code
