Jeep 4.7 transmission jerk

So when i put into drive it jerks. But only
does the first time put into drive on start
up. So if i leave the car will jerk into drive
but when i get to my destination and go to
leave start in and put it into drive its fine .
It only does it on first start up it shifts fine
no other problems

If i start it and put into drive it will jerk then ill put it into neutral and back into drive and its fine . And will not jerk again until next start up
