What do u mean ? Is this normal? Iv read that some people get alot more average

As the saying goes - your mileage may vary. City driving is rough on fuel economy. The more idling time, the worse the fuel economy. Slow speeds also hurt your mileage as the optimal speed is probably around 50 mph. Pump up your tires to the maximum on the sidewalls and maybe go with tires designed especially for fuel economy. If you are running big off road tires change them out to stock highway tread tires.
