My coolant level reads lower in the
morning than it does after i drive and let it
cool back down .

the cooling system is expanding when hot,contracting when cool. what your observing is normal. easiest way I can explain it.

Yes, very normal. There is only a problem if the coolant turns oily or if you are having to add coolant.

Well when i open rad cap it is lower than normal also after it sits ?

Also i notices inside the oil filler cap is alittle yellow stuff from what i read its sorta normal is that true ?
