Is this dirty enough to reduce gas milage

I does not look that bad but I would replace it anyway. If you have a serious fuel economy issue that is not the problem. Try a tuneup.

I wouldn't say that is the cause of your poor fuel mileage. There are many other sensors that can affect fuel economy if they are inoperable or malfunctioning. You need to dig deeper into the issue.
