i just got my AC fixed the AC works perfect but it wont switch over to the heat. its NOT a blend door problem that was fixed if i turn it to heat and turn AC off it blows cool air not cold but cool. any ideas one what this can be?

Clogged heater core, do the heater hoses get hot? if only one does. core is clogged. The a/c control head has a sensor between the temp knobs. There can be no damage, scuffs, coverage of any type. Ive seen these covered and sys. goes crazy. hope this helps.....

You could have dealer scan it. A little diag. goes a long way. I used to work for jeep, and I have found it a benefit for people to pay for the diag, rather than just throw parts at it. But ya, if heater hoses dont get hot on both sides its plugged.
