I have a 2002 Jeep grand Cherokee and my problem is that neither of my back windows will roll down. Any suggestions on how to fix?

the jeep had a problem of wires breaking between the drivers door and the body of the car in the boot causing a lot of electrical problems, to make sure this is the problem pull panel of rear door and use a battery charger to the window motor, if it works its going to the wiring on drivers front door boot
