HELP!!!

Blinkers work 1/4 of the time, reverse lights stay on
90% of the time and today my ignition didn't work
till like the 30th time turning the key!!!

Ok so as far as starting, we by passed the safety switches for the starter and got it starting...so hopefully replaceing them will fix that...as far as the blinkers ?!???? And hopefully the safety switches fix the reverse lights!!!
