Is the fan turning on? Check to see if the electric fan is turning on.

You can hear it kick on but dont think its staying on

how high does the temp when at idle ? if it reaches over 190 degrees could be low coolant or not an even 50/50 mixture . possible bad thermostat and water pump.

You said you replaced the heat sensor? What about the temperature sending unit? This could affect how the fan turns on and off.

It has a 210 thermostat, goes to 230 when idols.didnt replace temp sending unit.

Never heard of a 210 degree thermostat, it should be a 195 degree. IF that is in fact a 210* change it out to the 195*....210 degrees is like the highest you'd want to get too.
