The fan relay keeps going bad any ideas of why?

I keep buying relay switches for the radiator fan they get hot after two days then my fan won't shut off

I have a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 2 wheel drive v6 I buy a relay switch for my radiator fan it works good for 2 days then the fan keeps running and it won't shut off this is the second switch I had
