White smoke

I have a 2001 jeep grand Cherokee I've reached the
fuel pump sending unit and the starter had it towed
to Graff dealership  In gladwin because it wouldn't
start they got it running and when I got home it quit
it no da runs if I have it floored and it's real boggy
and white smoke from tail pipe please tell me this
isn't a blown head gasket?
