Hatch window don't open, how do I get it open

Is it not opening with both the remote and using the handle on the gate? Does the gate lock actuator still work? Are you able to open the gate? If the actuator is not functioning then you can check the fuse panel to see if the fuse has blown. If not then the actuator may need to be replaced. You can unplug the actuator and test for current when you turn the handle on the gate or hit the open button on your remote. If it shows power then the actuator is bad.
