Jeep Grand Cherokee Overheating

I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and it
over heats when I drive, but not at idle. I
have notice when it's overheating that the
top hose is extremely pressurized. But the
weird thing is that I don't have a
thermostat in. Further information, I have
replace the water pump, radiator, radiator
cap. Also, when I bleed the truck, I bleed it
on a hill, the truck is blowing both cold and
hot air. I can idle and rev the truck as much
as I want without overheating, but as soon
as I drive about 2 miles it's goes very hot,
on the verge of overheating.
Is there any thought of the issue and
resolutions??

Well, on these jeeps, there are electric fans. And I forgot to mention that the fan does work.

That seems logical, I'll check in the morning. If that's the problem, how do I resolute that? Also, what is your theorie on the high pressures top hose?

Alright, I'll look into the fan. If I had a blown head gasket, wouldn't the oil be milky? The oil is not milky at all.

This problem has actually been percostant for about 3-4 months. And I have not changed the oil since.

Sometimes on these jeeps you can have a blown head gasket and not have a milky oil or oily antifreeze. Have a smoke test performed, it could be a hairline crack between cylinders

Yeah I saw that, but the problem is fixed. It was the fan, it was pushing the opposite direction and now it's. It overheating.. thank you so much TennisShoe. I would have never thought of the fan. I might have tore the whole head off before I looked into the fan.
Change out the radiator cap for a lower pressure one.
I'm overheating removed thermostat new radiator and fan is working new radiator cap don't no what to do
I have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee V8 and replace my thermostat radiator and water pump I have no heat and when it idles it does not really overheat just when I rev the motor up somebody told me it could be the power steering pump since the power steering pumps connect it to the fan don't know much about cars and on that im stumped don't know what to do !
