2001 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo turns over but will not start, the PCM has been changed it sounds like its not getting any fuel or fire, please help

be sure the grounds are good...battery is @ 12.5 volts...clean the connection from the battery to the motor block and to the chassis...be sure eveyone seems comfortable with 30 amps...COIL and brain needs full strength~ 11 volts don't cut it...make sure it's up to top electrical health!~

2001 says "I'm an OLD battery now" and will not hold a STRONG charge anymore...so like I say get yourself a Brand new one...Do not settle for corroded connections to the frame and to the block...take a look at the red cable too make sure it's pure~
