Why does my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited shake at higher speeds

Once I reach 90-100kms per hr, my jeep shakes or vibrates. Also when I let off the gas at
higher speeds it also shakes.mwhat is wrong with my jeep?

Thanks I'll get the tires checked but I already looked underneath seems like all ball joints and tie rod ends are good, could it be anything else transmission or front diff

My jeep used to do the same thing! We thought it was a wheel bearing. Yesterday we hit a pot hole and the frame broke right by the rear drivers tire.
