How do I solve the p0700 code

I have changed the ECM and the three switches on the transmission and the
code is still there.

P0700 is a generic drivetrain code, which tells you the transmission has some sort of fault. You need a special TCM or transmission control module scan tool to communicate with the TCM to find that code. Any decent mechanic or trans shop will be able to do this for you.
