Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The interior lights to my jeep pulse on and off when the car is turned off and the
doors are for sure closed. The light switch on the handle is set to only turn the
lights on when the door opens.

I have a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited too. I'm guessing that's a computer glitch. Try disconnecting the battery for about ten minutes and see if that fixes it. I hope that helps.

Of you haven't already fixed it yet, check the wires inside the drivers door. The main power wire and ground wire have s tendency to break. You can tell them apart by the thickness of the wire. The ground is obviously black and the power wire is like a light pink with a blue stripe going down the middle.
