Start by checking the TPS sensor. It relates to almost every symptom you list. Also check the MAP sensor. The TPS sensors are notorious for failure on Jeeps. If you need one purchase from the dealer only. You can buy a cheap one from a big box store, but it will fail early. Chryslers are a better quality actually in this case.
