Blowing warm heat...

Asked by johnnyboy60 Feb 09, 2014 at 02:13 PM about the 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4WD

Question type: General

Everything is new/replaced. thermostat, htr core, H2o pump, elect fan/works fine. Heater blows ONLY warm & dial is all the way to max. Was fine B4 htr core was replaced(it was leaking).. has me stumped... any suggestions. PS. HTR CORE HAS BEN BACKFLUSHED/NO AIR IN SYSTEM.

If both hoses going to the heater core are hot I would suspect a blend door or blend door actuator issue.
