why is my audi hesitating to go, winding and kicking its self out of first gear?

a few days ago my wheels locked up, i was able to back up and break it free, now when i try to go the clutch comes out far and car hesitates to move, it will start winding up and it kicks its self out of gear. PLEASE HELP!
