98 grand Cherokee dies

I jus bought a 1998 grand
Cherokee 4*4 it has the straight 6
motor in it. It will start up an run
for a HR or two then it will due I've
ran the code in it an it reads that
the throttle poss sensor is bad so
I replaced it but it's still doing the
same thing any ideas what it
could be??
