need help with parasitic draw on 97 grand cherokee orvis 5.2

put DMM at neg. cable/ post separation. FULL 12v draw. Pulled all 23 kick panel and 6
underhood mini fuses. pulled all maxifuses. still 12 plus v draw. removed all alternator
wiring. still no relief . Need help please

Disconnect the starter and see what happens. Also, does this have any add-on circuit directly to the positive terminal?, or improperly installed aftermarket equipment?
