97 Grand Cherokee Laredo

My jeep start idling rough as soon as I crank her up
then dies and will not crank unless I wait about 5-10
minutes I replaced the fuel pump sock and cleaned
all the trash out the tank I'm getting pressure to the
fuel rail pressure release valve and I have no clue
what to do

If you have good pressure at the fuel rail,meaning at least 45 psi or better it will not open the fuel injector,s properly,and will cause this issue,did you check the fuel pressure with a guage?One more thing if fuel pressure is good,check the fuel pressure regulator.
