Can you Replace a dana front axle with 3.73 gears with cv joints with a dana axle with 3.73 gears with u joints if I change to a u joint drive shaft.

yes the housing and the side gears did not change they just updated the axles shafts and front drive shaft ..// you will just have to check to make sure the mounting points are the same as well as the knuckles ...// is the diff bad (gears ,bearings) or is the housing bent
