#4  cylinder was misfiring. Computer said plug are plug wires are coil. Changed all an check engine light still on. What else could it be?

Did you or a shop erase the codes after it was repaired? If you just drove it home and fixed it, you may have to remove the negative battery terminal for a few minutes so it will reset itself.
