Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I just bought a 96 grand cherokee with the 4.0 in
it. None of my tachs are working and the horn is on
so I had to pull the relay and when i go to crank it it
will crank and fire for a second and then cut the
pulse to the injectors.

Scan for codes. The tachometer gets it's signal from the crankshaft position sensor, code P0320. The CPS also provides spark signal. There is a camshaft position sensor, code P0340 that may control the injector pulse...not sure. Check it out.
