1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee laredo V6 4.0L

So the jeep starts and runs fine when its cooled
down.  If I turn it off and wait 5 mins, like running
into a store real quick, it dies when I take my foot
off the gas and even if I feather it I cant keep it
going.  It starts right up after it dies unless I am
trying to nurse it home and have done it a few
times, then it needs 20 secs to start.  Things I have
done:  Plugs, wires, rotor, crank sensor, oil
pressure sensor, oil change, both O2 sensors, air
filter, AC Compressor bypass pulley, and IAC.

Changed fuel filter also. Today I put a code reader to it and it said the ignition coil. Replaced it and still have the same issues.

It sort of sounds like a fuel vapor lock situation...runs good cooled down. Good fuel pressure makes vapor lock rare in fuel injected engines with fresh fuel. So the next logical thing to check is the fuel pressure. I think there is a Schraeder type fitting on the fuel rail. I would be looking for about 50psi. I hope this helps.

I think you may be right, going to change the fuel filter and check the psi, before and after the change. Currently broken down on the side of the road now. Lost power and when I tried to feather the gas it got worse. It would coast along fine, losing speed slowly, as soon as I mashed the gas it felt like I was applying the brake.
