why would my radio in my 94 jeep grand cherokee stop working?

i changed out the speakers in my jeep and the radio worked fine but then a week later the
radio just stopped working inline fuse isnt blown and fuse in fuse box isnt either. not sure
what it is. help?

Is it still the factory radio/head unit? Does your radio power on? Did you change any of the wiring from the head unit to the speakers? Is it wired for an amp?
