I have a 1994 grand cherokee that will not start. It cranks nut doesn't fire up. It has spark and fuel delivery. Could it be a bad crank position sensor?

Usually that would be the problem if you have good spark and the proper fuel pressure.

Spray some quick start in the throttle body and see if it starts for a bit. If it does and fuel pressure is good, yes bad crank position sensor

Could be the anti-theft. Lock and unlock the doors using your key and it may start. Mine does that once a month at 260,000+ miles.
