No running lights

Hey so I have a 1998 Jeep Grand
Cherokee 6 and most of my llights
randomly went out . The cluster lights,
brake running lights and my marker lights .
I went thru every fuse and none were
blown . Any ideas or suggestions?

a voltage spike may have blown the globes, pulling the bat. cable while running will blast high volts
