If you spend a few bucks for a manual there is a section that will tell you what you have by the vin#

Sorry about that bad send find vin number on your suv in window by drivers side that should give all info on what your vehicle had when made. the only problem is if you bought it from someone who thinks that it works better with their mods than factory good luck i think it s best for daily drivers to leave it alone as it can be fixed without all the bunk of attitude and extra cost. i hope you find out what is in yours and at an easy cost. that manuel will also tell you where to look on your trans case for specs and exactly what you have! peace and good luck.
