Fueleconomy.com lists that both the v6 and the v8 run on regular. So anything around 87 octane will be fine but you can always run a higher octane if you want.

Unless your having engine knock, using higher octane fuel will naturally decrease fuel economy and often decrease performance. Octane makes the fuel ignite faster, and burn at higher temperatures. Some say the higher temperature can clean out deposits however i would rather buy a fuel additive. Save your money.
