Is there an Electric drivers seat available for a 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee? Is the wiring in place if there such a seat available

I find the drives seat uncomfortable and would like to replace it with an electric seat. There is loose wiring under the seat but I am not sure if it is for an electric seat or for heated seats.

those jeeps come with electric seats so someone may have taken them out and replaced them, you should be able to switch them no problem. if you're not sure on how to do it you can look it up.
