I have a 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee and on cold wet mornings my fuel pump refuses to kick in. We cannot figure out the issue. Any help is appreciated

Need more information. On those cold wet mornings are you saying you never hear the fuel pump come on when you turn the switch to the on position? Could be something as simple as a sticking fuel pump relay.

sounds like you answerd your own question, REPLACE YOUR FUEL PUMP. To know for sure;? if the fuel pump is in the gas tank next time it happends take a hammer and bang the fuel tank while someone tries to start it, if it starts and runs but later stalls or runs rough thats for sure a faulty pump.
