I would like to no do anyone at these dealerships trade
cars or trucks for a different vehicle

Most new and used car dealerships in general will take a trade-in. Whether or not that gives you a better deal is up for debate. They'll factor in your trade-in cost into the finance charges of the new vehicle, so in the end you're still paying for it. I think most people will agree you're better off selling your used vehicle and then using that money as a down payment.
