hard starting when fuel up

When I put gas in to the car it does want to start at
the station there once it starts runs fine until the
next time I put gas its very spooky

There may be debris in your fuel tank. If so every time you fuel up the new fuel is pushing it toward the pick up line (which leads to the fuel pump) and is blocking the fuel until the fuel settles. Just a possibility.
