Hi i am having this humming noise when my car is at a stedy speed with 0 boost

When i am at a stedy speed and my boost gage says 0
my car makes a humming grunt noise...i have to
accelerate for it to stop or slow down it only happens
when my boost gage is comming down is is aeound 0

disregarding the turbos the noise may be driveline, under torque a rear-end ring gear will often go quiet , or other parts flexing
