Pressure build up in radiator hose, overheating and heater not blowing warm air

I have pressure build up in radiator lines, causing it
to over heat. The heater doesn't blow out hot air
either.

I'm going to flush the heater core and see what that does before I go that expensive route. This is after I have changed the thermostat and water pump.
