What can I do to rolled my audi 2001 A4 1.8T to roll all wheels are locked?

My audi 2001 A4 1.8T was involved in accident. The car was towed to a shop. I want to
tow the car to another. When transmission is shifted to neutral the can cannot roll
because all the wheel are locked. What can I do so the can roll and can be towed?

you can have a flatbed tow it. and if its not rolling in netural you either have a broken link to the shifter from the trany or your accident has destroyed the transmission or a part attached to it. there is no reason for the car not to roll i neut
