2001 Audi a4 running super ruff

I started up my car put it in reverse it leap
backwards ran fine turned it off five minutes
later and come back in an hour later went to
start it up was misfiring rain super rough
engine light was flashing so I changed out
spark plugs I changed out the coil packs I
changed the wiring harness for the coil pack
and the connector node I reset my ECU reset
my engine light plug my computer into it
right all the codes for misfires and deleted
all of them car still runs rough what do I do
