I just bought a 2002 Audi A4 Quatro 3.0 and I had to have it towed first then I tried closing the window and now none of the electical components will work and my window is down. someone please help

Did you buy this as a project car? I hope the price you paid reflects the fact you had to tow it home, and now have electrical problems. The only thing I can suggest is to check the battery is good, you may need someone to jump start your car. If you get it started then take it up an auto parts store, most will do a free test of the charging system, battery and alternator. Hopefully that's all you have wrong, a dead battery. If not you'll have to troubleshoot - fuses/relays/fusible links, starter circuit, ignition circuit, and so on.
