Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi I have a 2002 audi a4 1.8t. Bought it with the car running
with no throttle response. Found out had 5% throttle. And
after researching extensively replaced fuel filter,
thermostats housing and sensor, radiator flush, crank
sensor, cam sensor, o2 sensor, 3 in down pipe, turbo inlet
pipe, replaced the pedal, throttle body. Still no throttle
response. Epc light was on engine light was on. Sent ECU
to get flashed and tuned to stage 2. Did an emissions
delete catch can set up pcv delete. Now car does not want
to start. Sounded weak so charged the battery sounds like
it wants to start but doesn't turn over. Saw something
about ccm. Left brake light out engine light turns off after
attempting to start epc light stays. Shows battery brakes
brake light epc. Please help!! Guy I bought it from got it
from auction and did very little was outside with window
down. Comfort control module might be out??  Was rust in
fuse relay under ecu.

It sounded like the car was in limp mode and need to be taken out by the dealership or shop with the proper computer. When did you notice the car would no longer start?
