2003 2500 HD GMC Sierra will only run at 1500 rpm or higher, no idle. Not throwing any codes.

2003 2500 HD GMC Sierra will only run at 1500 rpm or higher, no idle. Not
throwing any codes. Cleaned throttle body & replaced, same issue. Checked
fuel pressure, all good. Does smell heavy of gas after keeping the engine
going for a few minutes. Replaced one bad coil, but also did not solve issue.
Can not find any vacuum leaks. Kind of at a loss as to what it might be at this
point, will take any and all suggestions at this point!
