Power Steering problem

After changing the power steering fluid in my 04 Audi a4 quattro 3.0 the wheel
has become almost impossible to turn Help!!! please

Sounds like you did not get all of the air out when you put the new fluid in. It needs to be bled by filling and rotating the steering wheel. Helps to raise the front of the car as well since air will flow to the top. Keep adding fluid as the level drops and dont let it run the pump dry.
