have you checked the fuses and how long ago was this rain storm. Fuses sometime are one item so it follows the high beam is a single fuse as well as the seat heater. I assume car is all dry now so you maybe luck out but only replace fuses if gone when completely dry as it could blow again if still wet.

The fuses have been checked and look fine. The storm was a month or so ago and lasted all night. What do I do now?
