A/C issue 2005 GMC 4x4

The air is cold but it just wont blow until you are
going down the highway 45+ mph. Once you slow
down it doesn't blow anymore!

Sounds like the A.C condenser coil is clogged with dirt and bugs causing no air flow across coils clean coils with garden hose and nozzle if radiator sets in front of condenser clean it also so that good air flow can get to condenser.
