Is the instrument cluster in a 2003 GMC Sierra on a fused circuit? If it is , can someone tell me where it is located?

My instrument cluster is not working after a hard time starting the truck. None of the gages don't work, but the warning lights do. Also, there is a light that looks like a car with a padlock locked through the car.

A test light is a very inexpensive tool and works great for checking fuses if you don't know the location. As for the light with the padlock, that's the security light.
